Francis Wing-lin Lee

Francis Wing-lin Lee is an associate professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration in the University of Hong Kong. He has been involving in social work education in Hong Kong for over twenty years.? His areas of specialty and research interest include groupwork with young people, individual work and groupwork with ‘youth-at-risk’ and young offenders, youth services, causes of juvenile delinquency, treatment programmes for young offenders, policing and criminology.

幼兒腸胃道疾病6大徵兆

寶寶為何腹瀉嘔吐？

所謂幼兒腸胃道疾病，乃是指寶寶的腸、胃道因先天遺傳、後天習慣、病毒感染等因素所導致之腹痛、腹瀉、腹脹、便祕的腸胃問題，這些症狀背後所代表的問題可能包含胃腸炎、腸套疊、腸阻塞、幽門狹窄、胃食道逆流、腹股溝疝氣等問題，每種狀況導致的後果也大不相同，輕則休息幾天，重則影響生命安全，家長絕對不可輕忽。

認識幼兒腸胃道疾病

小小孩因為生理發育未完全，加上身體抵抗力較弱，因此，偶有「病理性」或「生理性」的腸胃道問題，嘉義基督教醫院新生兒科主治醫師李紋麗表示，在判斷孩子的腸胃問題緊急與否時，可用「幼兒活動力」及「是否有併發症」作為判斷依據。以下介紹常見的幼兒腸胃道疾病症狀、判別方式及預防守則。

溢奶

》定義：自嘴角流出幾口奶。

》可能病因：胃食道逆流。

溢奶情形常見於新生兒，通常這樣狀況多半是因新生兒胃食道過括約肌發育尚未成熟、賁門較鬆，加上胃袋容量小，只要受到一些刺激，很快會有溢奶問題產生，李紋麗主任形容：「這好比寶特瓶蓋子沒蓋緊時，我們去擠捏搖晃它，內容物很容易會溢出來。」溢奶不僅從嘴巴，也可能從鼻子溢出，因耳鼻喉是相通的，此乃正常現象，家長不必過於驚慌。溢奶多為生理性問題，只要不影響進食，寶寶也有持續成長，基本上都不是嚴重問題，但若溢奶次數多到孩子無法吸收營養而停止成長，則可能是其他問題，有時甚至需要手術修復。溢奶情形多半好發於3個月以內的新生兒，少數會持續到6個月，隨著年齡增長逐漸減緩症狀，唯獨要特別注意寶寶溢奶時是否有嗆到肺部，導致呼吸困難、窒息等生命危險。
